This week for my pumpkin-themed post, we made pumpkin spice frosted cookies. I used a Betty Crocker mix, but as always there are tons of recipes on Pinterest if you want to make them from scratch. Here’s a great recipe that’s similar to what we made.
The cookies came out relatively small, and we got more than a few odd-shaped ones. I tried to keep them small on purpose because I wanted to get the most out of the batch! I decided to have fun with the frosting, as you can tell. To get that drizzled look without any special tools, you can dip your spoon into the frosting and just drizzle it across the cookies, or you can try what we did and put icing into a plastic bag, snip off the corner and BOOM you have a little icing squirter.
They came out delicious, and left the house smelling warm and toasty 🙂
