One of my favorite drinks to get at Starbucks is the passion tea lemonade. I can drink coffee all day long but this iced tea is truly my go-to. Luckily, it is very easy to make at home, so you can have it on hand in the fridge for when you don’t feel like driving all the way to Starbucks 🙂
Here is how I make it:
- Two tea bags of Tazo passion tea
- 2/3 cup light lemonade
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Our pitcher is a small one quart size, so this is specific to that. Boil one quart of hot water and steep two tea bags in it for three minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool down. Add the lemonade and sugar and mix thoroughly. Pour over ice and…that’s it. It really is that easy. We keep a pitcher of this in the fridge pretty much at all times because it is so refreshing. You can also skip the sugar or add an alternative sugar substitute and it tastes just as good!
