Susan Cain: Introverts & TED Talks

I’ve been a fan of Susan Cain’s  ever since I read her book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can’t Stop Talking which is an utterly absorbing book that I’d recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about different personalities and their creative and cultural contributions to society.

In her TED talks video here, she explains why we need to become more accommodating to people who possess introverted personalities because they are equally (if not more) valuable to society.

My favorite part?  “Stop the madness of constant group work!”
